I've always been a bit of a techno-geek. Perhaps it stemmed back to when we purchased Pong (the original version back in the 70s). But when I got my new Blackberry, I was a bit intimidated and confused on how to use a smartphone. This book was very good at covering many topics that helped me along. I was disappointed by the fact that it didn't cover all the features of my Blackberry Curve 8350i, but it definitely helped me to get my Blackberry customized.
